Who we are
The venew.ai website (the "website") is operated by Dor.7 ("Dor.7", "we", "us"). Dor.7 is the controller of the personal information collected through the website, and the owner of the related database within the meaning of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the venew.ai website, including the contact form and any email you send us through it. It does not apply to the Venew platform or apps, which are used by our customers' teams under separate terms, or to third-party websites and services linked from the website.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, company, work email, phone number, team size, your message, whether you agreed that we may contact you about your request, and whether you chose to receive product updates. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
Technical information. When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring page and the date and time of the request. Two strictly necessary cookies are set for this purpose, as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools on the website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Please do not send us sensitive information, such as health, financial or identity-document details, through the contact form.
How and why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a conversation or a demo. This is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible agreement, and is in our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To send product updates, only if you ticked the optional box. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any update or emailing us, in line with section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law.
- To operate and secure the website, including protecting it against abuse, fraud and attacks. This is in our legitimate interest in providing a safe website.
- To comply with the law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You are not legally required to give us any personal information. If you choose not to, we simply won't be able to reply to your inquiry.
We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
International transfers
Some of our providers are located or process information outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. When information is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards permitted by applicable law, such as the Israeli Protection of Privacy (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, and, where relevant, standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
How long we keep it
- Contact-form inquiries and related correspondence: up to 24 months after our last communication with you, unless a business relationship follows or a longer period is required by law.
- Consent records for product updates: for as long as you are subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterwards to show that consent was given.
- Technical and security records kept by our providers: for short periods according to their retention practices, typically from minutes to a few weeks.
When information is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law you may review personal information about you held in our database (section 13), and ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated (section 14). You may also ask to be removed from any direct-mailing list at any time (section 17F).
If the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or a similar law applies to you, you also have the right to access, rectify or erase your information, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@venew.ai. We will answer within 3 days, and may ask you to confirm your identity first. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or, if you are in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident affects your information, we will act and notify as required by law.
Children
The website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. If we make a significant change, we will highlight it on the website.
