Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making the venew.ai website accessible to everyone, and how to reach us if something doesn't work for you.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Our commitment

We believe everyone should be able to use the venew.ai website comfortably, independently and with dignity, including people with disabilities. We have made adjustments to the website in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, Israeli Standard 5568 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

Accessibility adjustments on the website

  • A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
  • Full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus indicator on links, buttons and form fields.
  • A logical heading structure and semantic page regions that support screen readers.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Color contrast between text and background designed to meet WCAG AA requirements.
  • A layout that adapts to phones, tablets and desktops and supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
  • A "Pause animations" button that stops the 3D scene, the scrolling capability strip and the assistant chat demo. Animations also stay paused automatically when your device is set to reduce motion.
  • No audio or video that plays automatically.
  • A contact form where every field has a visible label, required fields are checked, and error and confirmation messages are announced to screen readers and move focus to the field that needs attention.
  • The page language is declared so that screen readers use the correct pronunciation.

Known limitations

The 3D scene, the illustrated phone screens and the chat demo are visual illustrations. All of the information they convey is also provided as text on the page. The screens shown inside the illustrations contain Hebrew interface text that is part of the image and is not read aloud; it is decorative and does not contain information that isn't available in the page text.

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. We continue to review the website and to improve its accessibility as part of our regular work.

Physical accessibility

Dor.7 does not operate premises that serve the public in connection with the website. Meetings with us can be held online.

Accessibility coordinator and feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in an accessible format, or have a suggestion, please contact our accessibility coordinator at support@venew.ai. Please describe the page, the difficulty you encountered, and the browser and assistive technology you were using if relevant. We will respond as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days, and we can also arrange to provide the information you need in another way.
